Sets the verbosity level. The verbosity increases gradually between
"CRITICAL", "ERROR", "WARNING", "INFO" and "DEBUG". If
None is provided, the verbosity is set to "WARNING". If a bool is
provided, the verbosity is set to "WARNING" for False and to "INFO"
for True.
